Jared Termini received an Iowa Space Grant Consortium's Undergraduate Research Fellowship. His fellowship project will characterize groove patterning accuracy of electron-beam lithography, a highly customizable lithography technique which rasters a beam of accelerated electrons across resist to form a pattern.
