Cecilia Fasano was a graduate research assistant in the DeRoo research group from 2020 to 2025. She specializes in the manufacture of X-ray/UV gratings using nanofabrication techniques. She also specializes in a variety of metrology techniques including scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy, and the interpretation of interferometric results for use in iterative fabrication.
